отличное место! Мы отдыхали с ребёнком, поэтому было важно наличие лифта и отсутствие сильного подъёма в гору. А этом плане отель полностью нас удовлетворил. Свежий современный ремонт, большая площадь апартаментов. Соотношение цена-качество выше всяких похвал. С третьего этажа у нас открывался невероятный вид на город

В отеле сделана регистрация заезда через автомат, поэтому оплата наличными невозможна ни в коем случае. Нам как россиянам пришлось искать европейских друзей для оплаты отеля европейскими карточками.

На машине не добраться - только пешком. Все соседи по улице - выходцы из Африки. Шумно и небезопасно. Аппартаменты старые и потрёпанные.

- Все понравилось! - Апартаменты абсолютно новые и уютные - Есть все необходимое, даже самые мелочи! - Местоположение – прямо в центре Лиссабона, выходишь и уже на главной площади - Кухня шикарная, есть даже духовка - Две подушки на человека и несколько одеял - Рядом несколько магазинов и куча ресторанов - Не нужно идти в гору - Подходит для долгих поездок - Кондиционер-обогреватель, настраивается на любой градус - На территории отеля есть шкафчики, можно оставить вещи, если приехали раньше или нужно задержаться

Я приезжал скорее не как турист, а работал из апартаментов. Все было удобно, менеджер быстро решил наш вопрос с номером - поменяли на другой, с большим окном. Расположение для меня идеально, 10-15 минут до любой точки в центре города. В следующий раз вернусь сюда же.

В целом ,все прошло супер !Отличные апартаменты ,очень легко заехать ,сначала высылают код от двери на почту вместе с паролем от вай Фая ,внутри стоит аппарат для автоматического заселения ,там вводишь данные всех гостей и получаешь код уже от квартиры.Апартаменты очень светлые ,просторные ,белье везде чистое ,кондиционеры есть на каждом этаже.Есть вся посуда ,стиральная машина ,но стирка платная ,как ей пользоваться мы не поняли Был так же чай.Расположение вообще огонь !!Тихая улочка и до центра 5 минут.В минуте ходьбы стоит пункт для сдачи теста на ковид ,БЕСПЛАТНЫЙ !!!для туристов.Уборка была каждый день ,но мы не пользовались ей.

Минусы ,к сожалению ,тоже есть. Во первых ,на втором этаже не ловит вай Фай. Во вторых ,если долго мыться то кончается горячая вода ,а если вас больше ,чем 2 человека ,но она довольно быстро заканчивается (Течёт тёплая ,но не горячая. И в третьих ,очень слышно всех соседей(Даже если они просто громко разговаривают ( И последнее ,было бы здорово ,если бы поставили хотя бы масло для плиты и швабру ,что бы быстренько подмести пол и не ждать уборку. Но !!!Минусы для нас не значительные ,если бы знали о них заранее ,все равно бы заехали.В целом остались очень довольны.

Overall great apartment and location, can recommend but only not on the ground floor

It was as advertised. Clean, freshly renovated, air conditioning, all the amenities, great central location. Beds were quite comfortable.

We were unlucky to get an apartment at the ground floor. All the other guests would pass our door late in the evening and make a lot of noise due to the acoustics in the hall. There were several times during the week where people would sit in the hall waiting for their check in time, one group stayed overnight and talked loudly so I needed to ask them to keep it quiet at 2am. We also had the fire alarm go once without a reason, and it kept making single beeps during the night.

Great apartment in a convenient location for city attractions. Families and lone travelers could find somewhere better.

A well serviced apartment in a good central location in Lisbon. Not far from Rossio Square and Restauradores. The room was clean and the washer and dishwasher was a nice surprise. Check-in was straightforward for me but I could see how people who need extra assistance would struggle with their set-up. Once we found the apartment using access codes to get in was ideal - no keys and cards to worry about.

The apartments are situated up an alleyway which isn’t a good experience when arriving at night. I had my six year-old son with me. It felt unsafe, smelled of urine, and wasn’t clean. We arrived back one night to find a homeless guy sleeping on a mattress in the middle of the alleyway so we had to navigate around him to get back to the building entrance. Our tour guide later told us it was a sketchy part of town. Also, watch your step! The pavement in the alleyway has a few potholes which are difficult to see at night. Inside the apartment, the bed was too firm for me!

Perfectly appointed apartment in an excellent location in the city, just hard to find!

When arriving late at night (after a struggle to even find the apartment), the multiple codes needed to get into the room was frustrating, but I guess standard for an unmanned apartment building check-in process. After first day it felt more straightforward (apart from the fact that after the first day the external door code stopped working so we always had to wait for someone on the end of the buzzer intercom to let us in which was frustrating), but certainly made the first night arrival a little more hassle than a normal check-in process would be.

Whilst the location was perfect in the city, nothing could have prepared us for arriving late at night and having to find the apartment! Having never visited Lisbon before, I never expected the extent and number of steep steps we would be dragging our suitcases up and how unsafe at night the alleyways would feel. Once we got our bearings the next day, we knew what to expect on an evening, but for the first time arriving at night it was very daunting. It took us about 30 minutes to find the apartment door after the taxi dropped us as close as they could. The person on the phone (24/7 support for the apartment) could only speak to the taxi driver in Portuguese for us, but once we’d got out of the taxi and were left to our own devices, we were minutes away from giving up and checking in at a hotel over the road. However, we persevered and eventually found it, so definitely a recommendation is for very clear instructions how to find the apartment up the labyrinth of alleyways and not to be anxious by the people who may be hanging around.
